The Birthplace of Civilization

At the head of all Realms lies the “Asgard” of my universe. The Heavens- a utopian society built upon the heartache and despair of its ruler and creator, The Founder. The capital city of Akona, serves as the home of The Founder, as well as one of our protagonists- Arthur Regalia. The “Infinite City” also serves as the capital of all Realms, and serves as a melting pot between all of the races.

This was not always the case however. As stated previously, Akona, and thus The Heavens, were created not through love or want, but through necessity. At the beginning of existence, when The Ruin laid claim over Black Haven, The Creator was forced to take the powers of his remaining loved ones, effectively killing his family in order to bestow him with the abilities necessary to keep all of them alive and out of the reach of The Ruin. Because of this, The Creator- now reborn as The Founder, created several worlds to separate himself, and the powers of his loved ones from the corrupting energy of The Ruin.

Eventually, after several different tries, The Founder thinks of all the flaws and prides of his previous worlds, and finally creates his perfect iteration of physical existence- The Heavens. Overcome with sorrow, The Founder takes eons, experimenting with his new powers, and builds the city of Akona, brick by brick.

For millions of years, The Founder toiled in solitude, grieving the deaths of his friends and family, before finally giving in and deciding to populate his realms with the powers gifted to him from The Bearer. Not wanting to destroy everything he built by accident, The Founder took the precaution of teleporting to another Realm- The Plains of Ephorel- to birth the first Angel, Sonia.

After the resounding success of the birth of his daughter, The Founder continues populating the city with Angels, before eventually their reproduction allowed for their numbers to grow exponentially. The Angels began work on expanding the city The Founder began, and after thousands of years, the city had grown to unfathomable proportions.

Thus, the infinite city was born; as well as the Angels who’s only desire is to contribute to its prosperity.
